The Barbie bandit is not joking and laughing now. If you recall, she was caught on tape smiling and having a merry time during the theft, later she joked about it during an interview, went on a shopping and even dished out money to the homeless. She does have one thing going for her, she has blond hair and blue eyes.

Assistant District Attorney Jason Samuels recommended three years behind bars for the theft charge and one year for the drug charge, to be served concurrently. He noted that Johnston was seen smiling during the theft and later laughed about it in a nationally televised interview.
